New & Incoming Bret Harte Families

Who

All families with an accepted offer at Bret Harte, or who are continuing at Bret Harte, can complete registration online in Aeries (if they choose). This includes families new to OUSD.

How

Online
All registration is now online in the Aeries parent portal. We will be communicating to families later this week about registration being open; we are waiting for the families who completed registration in SchoolMint to be reflected in Aeries (it’s currently not updated for these families, as of July 13).

Support for families

There is information available to support families with completing registration in Aeries, including a video about  how to get started (in both English and Spanish; we hope to get the video in other languages soon).
