Bret Harte is a diverse and welcoming middle school where students explore interests, build confidence, and grow as leaders. We offer strong academics, engaging electives, and support for each student’s social and emotional needs. Our teachers build strong relationships with families and help students develop the skills they need for high school and beyond. As we head into the winter holiday break, I invite us all to slow down, recharge, and embrace the peace this season can bring. I know this isn’t an easy time for our district as we continue to make difficult decisions about our budget, and many of us are still processing recent tragedy in our city.
